Mr. Jim Schaper joined the Epicor Board of Directors in February 2022. He brings more than 30 years of experience in ERP software, the business and financial services industry, strategic development, M&A and financial reporting, as well as experience gained from service as a board member of various other companies. Mr. Schaper most recently served as the Chairman & CEO of Ivanti, an IT software management company, from January 2020 to October 2021. Prior to joining Ivanti, he founded Infor, a global enterprise software provider, in 2002 where he served as the Chairman & CEO until January 2011 and as Chairman of the Board until 2019. Mr. Schaper has served as a director on numerous boards of both publicly traded and privately held companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of South Carolina.
